PErIODyC BaKEr, LLC is a small-batch artisan food producer specializing in handcrafted jams, jellies, preserves, and baked goods. We sell products online and at in-person events and markets.
2. Products
All of our products are handcrafted in small batches. Due to the artisan nature of our products, there may be slight variations in color, texture, and flavor between batches. These variations are a natural characteristic of handmade products and are not considered defects.
Product availability is subject to change. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
3. Custom Orders & Wedding/Event Favors
Custom orders, including personalized wedding/event favors, are subject to the following conditions:
- All custom orders must be confirmed at least 60 days prior to the required delivery or event date
- A deposit may be required to secure your production slot
- Custom label designs must be approved by the customer in writing before production begins
- Once production has begun, cancellations or changes may not be possible
- We reserve the right to limit the number of custom orders we accept based on production capacity
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We accept payment through the methods listed on our website at the time of purchase.
Promotional discounts, including event-specific offers, are subject to the terms communicated at the time the offer was made and may have expiration dates or other conditions.
5. Orders & Shipping
Online orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Shipping times vary by location and carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable and handcrafted nature of our food products, all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or is defective. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@periodycbaker.com with a description and photo of the issue.
We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Consuming raw or undercooked foods may increase your risk of foodborne illness. Please follow any storage and handling instructions provided with your order.
