S’Mores Brownies. A tasty treat, super gooey and rich, with thoughts of camp outs around a big campfire.
The graham shortbread base is layered with my gooey dark chocolate brownie, topped with marshmallow and broiled to brown the marshmallow top just right & just to guild the lily a little, the whole thing is sprinkled with a few mini chocolate chips.
Quantities of 1 or 2 Dozen (or larger) can be pre-ordered. We sell singles at our local Farmer’s Markets.
Ingredients: butter, wheat flour, sugar, eggs, graham crackers (wheat flour, graham flour, sugar, oil, honey, baking soda, baking powder, salt, vanilla), brown sugar, unsweetened chocolate, salt, vanilla, marshmallow (sugar, corn syrup, gelatin, water, vanilla, salt, cornstarch, powdered sugar), semi-sweet chocolate pieces.
